With record high temperatures in Arizona, our summer essential is an ice-cold fruity margarita with a kick!
The 89Agave team created a new Mango Jalapeño Margarita featuring our in-house infused Jalapeño Tequila as well as our seasonal Plumb Cherry Tequila infusion. This sweetness of the mango is perfectly paired with the spiciness of the jalapeño to give this margarita a well-rounded, refreshing flavor. Cool off with this summer essential on our street side patio with a picturesque Red Rock view and yummy appetizer, or make it at home and serve with chips and guac for the perfect afternoon treat. This is what you’ll need:
Mango Jalapeño Margarita Recipe
1 ½ oz Jalapeño Tequila
¾ oz Organic Agave Nectar
½ oz Patron Citronge Mango
1 oz Mango
Sweet and/or Sour Rim
½ oz Plumb Cherry Tequila Float
Blend the mango and add it to the Jalapeño Tequila, Patron Citronge Mango, Fresh Lime and Organic Agave Nectar. Top it off with the Plumb Cherry Tequila. Garnish your Mango Jalapeño Margarita with a sweet and/or sour glass rim, diced mango and a slice of jalapeño. It’s best when served frozen!
