Peach Margarita Recipe
1 oz Peach Infused Tequila
1 oz Jalapeño Infused Tequila
1 oz Peach Puree
½ oz Domaine de Canton Ginger Liquor
Fresh Lime Juice
Garnished with a Lime and Salted Rim
If you can’t find peach or jalapeño infused tequila, make it yourself. The thought of infusing tequila at home may be a little intimidating but it’s easy, we promise! All you have to do it soak peaches and jalapeños in silver tequila, ideally in a two larger beverage dispensers, for a few days. The type of tequila we use for this infusion is Sauza Silver because the tequila flavor is subtle and takes on other flavors well. If you use Reposado or Anejo, the tequila flavor is intensified. Once the infusion is made it lasts up to a month, if not longer. If you have left overs of the peach infused tequila, try it as a shot. Just don’t drink too many, they go down smooth!
When at 89Agave, pair your Peach Margarita with Street Tacos or our Pomegranate Guacamole. All we can say is “nom nom nom”.
